
Hello everyone! I have relocated overseas for employment and school, and I’ve been feeling worn out and burdened. Although I’m not completely sure how to manage it in a foreign country, I feel like I may be on the edge of burnout. It’s a little challenging without my typical network of support. Can anyone provide detailed information or tactics for overcoming burnout when residing overseas? I would be concerned in learning how people who live distant from home manage equilibrium, maintain stress, and deal with their mental health.
