
I’m studying abroad right now, and I’ve been finding it difficult to eat healthily. I frequently find myself relying on fast food or skipping meals as a result of managing my schoolwork, adjusting to a new culture, and being away from home. I’m aware that this is bad for my general health and energy levels, but I’m not sure how to balance a hectic schedule with a healthy diet on a tight budget.
I would greatly appreciate your suggestions if any of you have studied overseas and have discovered easy, inexpensive, and nutritious eating practices!
