The most prevalent chronic conditions experienced in Australia are:

5.3% have Diabetes: When blood sugar levels rise above the normal range, the pancreas produces less insulin, which can lead to diabetes.
4.0% for heart and stroke: Back, arm, neck, jaw, or even stomach pain may be a sign of one of these conditions and should be treated right away. The strongest defense against these illnesses, which frequently cause unexpected deaths, and can be treated with routine checkups.
