To change your visa from a student visa to o skilled worker visa, you must fulfill some requirements which are as follows:
1. You must have finished your studies.
2. For full-time PhD students, the starting date of their employment should not be earlier than 24 months into their degree.
3. An offer of employment from a company that holds a license as a skilled worker sponsor.
4. A job that is listed as an eligible occupation.

6. Enough money to bear your expenses in the UK.

8. A new immigrant or a PhD holder, is able to shift to a skilled worker visa with a lesser wage.
9. It is not possible for someone who is in the UK on a short-term student visa to change to a skilled worker visa.
Application fee for shifting Tier-4 student Visa to Skilled Worker Visa
If you need a visa of up to 3 years, then you need an application fee of £719. If you want to apply for a visa of more than 3 years, then you need to pay £1,420 as an application fee. But if your job is listed as one of the shortage occupations, you need to pay £551 for a visa of three years and £1,084 if you are applying for a visa of more than 3 years.
